Human Factors Training
Aeroplacement understands the legal requirements and the benefits that training plays in the introduction into any company, but can be time consuming and an extra expense, that’s not always considered.
Aeroplacement wants to take the burden of the introduction / training out of the recruitment process, working under a service level agreement, by initially working with you to understand your processes and procedures and introducing new recruits / contractors to your working environment, so that they can hit the ground running from day one. All training will be documented and recorded, this will be forwarded to you as part of the new recruit /contractor handover process. We will be working with both your HR and Quality departments to ensure all your requirements are met.
Aeroplacementl have established computer based training (CBT) for all recruits / contractors with modules that include Human Factors / NADCAP requirements for composite manufacture and Health and Safety in the Working Environment. These modules include multiple choice questions that are required to be answered by all candidates and are weighted with regards to importance and requirements (company / legal / third party).
Pass mark requirement s are set at 75%.
These modules can also be used for continuation training of your existing staff.
Internet based and password controlled these modules can be accessed individually at your convenience 24/7. So that you do not have to have your workforce out of the working environment at any one time. This will ensure that training does not have any impact on your working schedule. The results will be sent back to you within 24hrs.
Practical hands on experience in composite manufacture can also be given at our training school which includes tool preparation, bagging / lay up with different types of materials through to the bonding and testing process. Our trainers have over 20 years experience in the repair and manufacture of aircraft and formula 1 racing components using composites.
The costs for this are as follows.
Aeroplacement Contractors - £60 (taken in 3 weekley installments from wages)
Non Aeroplacement Personel - £75
